Village of Milford

On August 4, 2018, the State of Michigan Department of Health and Human Services issued a "do not eat" advisory for fish in the Huron River due to the detection of a class of substances known as PFAS (perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances).

Following this announcement, the Village has implemented testing of public drinking water supplies and has created a webpage to provide updated information to the public.
