Village Treasurer/Finance Director

 
The Treasurer/Finance Director is appointed by the Village Council and serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the Village. The primary responsibilities of the Treasurer’s Office include:

Budget preparation
Maintaining all financial and accounting records of the Village
Cash Receipts
Payroll
Water and sewer billing
Managing investments
Property tax collection and billing
Preparation of special assessment rolls
Maintenance of Information Technology systems
Website Maintenance

Other duties include supervision of the ordinance enforcement officers and preparation of the community newsletter.
