The Village operates under the Council/Manager form of government. The Manager is appointed by the Village Council and is the chief administrative officer of the Village. He is responsible for the supervision and management of all the services of the Village and is also responsible for carrying out the policies formulated by the Council. The Manager has the right to participate in discussion of all matters coming before the Council, but has no vote. The Manager for the Village of Milford is Brent D. Morgan.
