Credit card payments are accepted online at milfordvillage.is.bsasoftware.com. Credit card payments are not accepted at the Village offices.
There is a fee in addition to the water/wastewater bill amount due if you choose to pay with a credit card.
The fee depends on the amount you are paying, and starts at 3%. There is a calculator you can use on the site to determine the amount of the fee before finalizing your payment. Click on the Official Payments logo to make a credit card payment.
You can pay your taxes and water bill account at any time. It’s easy! Just log on to milfordvillage.is.bsasoftware.com. You need to create an account. The first time you look up your information, that address will be saved as your account and you can look up both tax and water billing information on that address as often as you want without a charge.
After you log on to the website, choose the option you are interested in. On the bottom of the page, you will see “click here to create an account”. You must fill in the user name (no spaces) and email address. You will be sent a password, usually within 10 minutes or so.
After receiving your password, return to the site and login (upper right-hand side of the screen). Choose the letter “O” and then choose Oakland County. You will see the Village of Milford at the bottom of the list; click on “select”.
The Services menu is on the left-hand side of the screen. You can check the status of your taxes or water bill, or make a payment. For example, to check your water bill, choose “Utility Billing” then select “Utility Billing Search”.
Find the field for the street number and fill that in. We don’t recommend that you fill out the entire address, as you have to match it exactly and there are a lot of possibilities. Keep it simple and just enter the street number! A list of addresses with that number will come up. Just choose your address.
At the bottom of the screen, choose “I am the property owner (Proceed)”.
You will see your account balance and the detail of all payments, credits, bills, etc. If the amount due is not listed or does not match your records, do not proceed. Please call the Village offices at (248) 684-1515 to report the problem. |
