Jim Kovach has been a resident of Milford since 1994, and has been a Council member since March 1995. During this time, he has served as a council liaison to various boards, including the Zoning Board of Appeals, the Capital Improvements Committee, and the Beautification Commission.
Jim and his wife Mary live on Dorchester, along with their two children, Ryan and Nicole, who currently attend the Huron Valley School system.
