| | Construction Board of Appeals | | | Construction Board of Appeals is a five to seven-member Board appointed by Council and the Building Official. Terms are for three years and the board meets when necessary. Candidates must have qualified experience in the following building-related fields: attorney, licensed Michigan architect, fireman, licensed Michigan builder or construction engineer, licensed Michigan mechanical contractor or engineer, licensed Michigan electrical contractor or engineer or licensed Michigan plumbing contractor or engineer.
