The Water Board of Appeals is comprised of three Village residents who are not currently serving on any other elected or appointed Village Board or Committee. The Board considers current diputes only and will make no adjustments in any matters in which disputes concern situations which predate the date of hearing by 12 months, and in no circumstance will they make any adjustments to any water or sewer billings which will extend beyond 12 months of the date of the hearing.
