President Rusas called the meeting to order in the Milford Civic Center at 7:30 p.m. President Rusas led the Pledge of Allegiance.

MANAGER’S REPORT
Mr. Shufflebarger advised Council of upcoming events: i.e. Budget Workshop on 4/13, Downtown Spring Clean-up on 4/16, Green Day on 4/17 at the YMCA and a Liquor License Review Committee public hearing on 4/19.
COUNCILMEMBERS REMARKS
Aubry questioned the status of the joint Village/Township cityhood committee. Mr. Shufflebarger stated they have not met for a while. Nothing new to report.
