President Rusas called the meeting to order in the Milford Civic Center at 7:30 p.m. President Rusas led the Pledge of Allegiance.

Adopt Ordinance Amendment 231-148, Section 189 (1), Required Conditions
CM-12-202-10 Heer moved, Glagola seconded, to adopt Ordinance Amendment 231-148, Section 189 (1), Required Conditions, to allow display bike rental racks. Motion CARRIED.
NEW BUSINESS
Approve 2011 Criterium Date
Joe Dolan, Race Director for the Milford Criterium, was present and gave Council an update on past races. He informed Council that they have received notice that the Milford Criterium for 2011 and 2012 will host the Michigan State Criterium Championships.
CM-12-203-10 Heer moved, Glagola seconded, to schedule the 2011 Milford Criterium for Sunday, July 31, 2011. Motion CARRIED.
Consider Rescheduling February 2011 Budget Meeting
CM-12-204-10 Heer moved, Frankford seconded, to reschedule the February 2011 Budget meeting to Wednesday, February 16, 2011. Motion CARRIED.
CALL TO THE PUBLIC
Rusas asked if there was anyone who wished to address Council on an item that was not on the agenda. No response.
MANAGER’S REPORT
Mr. Shufflebarger reminded everyone of Thursday’s Unwrapped in Milford, the Village offices closing dates for the holidays and the next Council meeting date of January 3, 2011 and Joint Council/Commission meeting to be held on January 10, 2011.
