Discuss Zoning Ordinance Amendment Language for RV Storage
DISCUSSION
Shufflebarger explained that he, Planning Consultant Lomako and Planning Commissioner Goodenow compiled a questionnaire from the proposed zoning ordinance amendment for recreational vehicle storage. Councilmembers were provided with the list and asked to respond. He reviewed the responses received. They discussed the screening issue, placement of vehicles on lots and whether the ordinances (both current and proposed) were too restrictive. Council asked to have this on the 2/17/09 agenda for further discussion. The questionnaire will be resent to Councilmembers. Larry Hewitt, 883 General Motors and Alan and Judy Paul 778 Byron Court, stated that the ordinances (both current and proposed) were too restrictive.

Phyllis Motley, 273 Noble, asked if the reason the Resolutions of Appreciation were given, was because those people were no longer going to be involved with the Concerts in the Parks. Shufflebarger said there may be a possibility that one or two may not be able to help anymore.
There was no further input from the Public.
