SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING

MILFORD CIVIC CENTER

President Nader called the meeting to order in the Milford Civic Center at 7:30 p.m.  President Nader led the Pledge of Allegiance.

PRESENT     President Thomas Nader; Councilmembers Michael Glagola, Elizabeth Heer, Richard Kostin, James Kovach, Theresa Rusas, Kevin Ziegler

ALSO PRESENT     Arthur Shufflebarger, Village Manager; Phyllis Motley, Water Boardmember; Nancy Scott, Deputy Clerk

NEW BUSINESS     Interview Clerk Candidate

Council interviewed Deborah Frazer for the position of Village Clerk.  Ms. Frazer had been the Village Clerk from 1992 until 2008 when she move out of state.  She was made aware of the fact that all elections will now be held by the Milford Township Clerk.

CM-01-026-09          Kovach moved, Kostin seconded, to elect Deborah Frazer to fill the position of Milford Village Clerk. Motion CARRIED
