President Nader called the meeting to order in the Milford Civic Center at 7:30 p.m.
PRESENT
President Thomas Nader; Councilmembers Michael Glagola, Elizabeth Heer, Richard Kostin, James Kovach, Theresa Rusas, Kevin Ziegler
ALSO PRESENT
Arthur Shufflebarger, Village Manager; Thomas Connelly, Village Attorney
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Receive Attorney’s Opinion
CM-08-149-08 Rusas moved, Heer seconded, to go into Executive Session at 7:31 p.m. to receive our attorney’s opinion.
Roll Call Vote
Yes – Heer, Nader, Kovach, Kostin, Rusas, Glagola, Ziegler Motion CARRIED
President Nader turned the meeting over to President Pro-Tem Rusas and left the meeting.
Rusas stated that no action will be taken upon returning to the regular meeting.
CM-08-150-08 Kovach moved, Kostin seconded, to return to the regular Council Meeting at 8:17 p.m. Motion CARRIED
ADJOURN
The meeting was adjourned at 8:18 p.m.
