RE Approve Milford Memories 2011 Event Request
By the attached memo, the Huron Valley Chamber of Commerce is requesting approval for the 2011 Milford Memories Event. The Chamber is also requesting the same in-kind donation the Village approved in 2010 of $1,500 for the three day event.
ACTION REQUESTED:
Approve dates, hours, street closure dates, streets for closure, signage, the Village in-kind donation of $1,500 and alcohol sales in the park as presented on page 2 of this request, contingent upon a certificate of insurance listing the Village as additional insured and proper LCC approvals.
