1.) All trench and basement footings (width, depth and type of soils material)
2.) Basement before backfill (waterproofing, drainage, bracing, sill straps)
3.) All drive approach and sidewalks inspected when formed, before pour.
4.) Rough mechanical, plumbing and electrical.
a.) Underground plumbing-NO CONSTRUCTION WATER-ALL WATER MUST BE METERED-POSSIBLE $500 FINE
b.) Rough plumbing before insulation-(METER BEFORE ROUGH PLUMBING IS APPROVED-CALL ANGIE AT 685-3055
c.) Underground heat ducts
d.) Rough heating before insulation
e.) Underground electrical (ALL), including well circuits
f.) Rough electric before insulation
5.) Basement floor and garage floor sand compaction.
6.) Rough Frame
7.) Brick Ledge (flashing, weep holes)
8.) Insulation
9.) Final Plumbing (Notify Water Dept. at 684-1535 to have water billed to homeowner at time of closing.)
10.) Final Heating
11.) Final Electrical
12.) Final Building
24-hour advance notice required prior to request for any inspection. All mechanical, plumbing and electrical inspections must be called in by the mechanical, plumbing and electrical contractors.
